If you find a problem with the product or service or if you have received a different product / service, you can send an immediate refund request. In return, you will receive an acknowledgment from our company saying that your argument was valid or invalid. If we find it invalid, we regret that the refund could not be provided.

If the new subscriber of any scheme has refused / canceled activation after deployment of fiber or radio for network connectivity / any reason then the installation fee will not be refunded, however the plan fee will be refunded within 30 days. Refund requests will be considered in the case of inability to ICN broadband for inability to restore connectivity for reasons such as being out of service due to permission issues or other situations with similar effects.
